EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be issued within 30 days of placing your orders. All products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way. Must be in original condition with original tags and hygiene stamps attached and in the original packaging.
Please keep in mind that SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size please let us know via email or reach out via Instagram to see if it's possible. Size exchanges are subject to availability at that time. Product exchange can be made at our local pick up spot once we check your desired items availability. Please know that you can only make one exchange per order but if your desired item is out of stock and you are running out of time we can issue a refund as a voucher to be used in our online store when your desired product is back in stock.

RETURNS

Once your return process starts you will be provided with a return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your return total.
If you wish to use your own shipping courier please provide us with the order information you wish to return via email. If we do not have this information we will not be able to refund you.
We are not responsible for your package once is on its way to us.
Once we have your products we will issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card provider.

Unfortunately due to our limited stock, we do not offer size or product exchanges of any kind. If you wish to order a different product we encourage you to issue a return and place a new order, this is to ensure your desired product is in stock.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive this email please contact us at contact@daughtersofthesunswim.com with your order details so we can resend it. We also suggest you check your spam inbox if you cannot find our emails.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

 

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away through our inbox located at the bottom right corner of the page or at contact@daughtersofthesunswim.com. We cannot make any changes or cancellations in your order once it has been processed. Please bear in mind that since we are working as fast as we can to get your order to you, the time frame for cancellations and changes is small.
