Please keep in mind that SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. Should a refund be refused, your item will be returned to you.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are subject to availability at that time. Product exchange can be made at our local pick up spot once we check your desired items availability. Please know that you can only make one exchange per order but if your desired item is out of stock and you are running out of time we can issue a refund as a voucher to be used in our online store when your desired product is back in stock.

At this time we do not provide shipping labels for international returns. Please ensure to mark any returned items as “returned goods” on customs or postal forms. Failure to do so may delay the issue of any refund due and can result in the shipment being returned to us.
Additionally, any duties incurred by incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the refund due. Likewise, should you refuse the delivery of an order, any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away through our inbox located at the bottom right corner of the page or at contact@daughtersofthesunswim.com. We cannot make any changes or cancellations in your order once it has been processed. Please bear in mind that since we are working as fast as we can to get your order to you, the time frame for cancellations and changes is small.
